Yeah. Except that Bush spent $350B of it, almost all of which has been paid back.

You going to blame the other $350B on Bush, too? In spite of the fact the only TARP money, net, Bush spent was a few billion dollars (which Obama is NOW wanting to blow, too).

Did you catch the funny math that i-node was using? He makes the claims that Bush ran a deficit of only a few hundred billion a year. Yet the debt increased by nearly $6 trillion over the 8 years...
