Steve, regarding Enviro-Tec, I heard C$MA is in the final
stage to get it classified- a bill in the Utah State Legislature ,
which I heard should be a DONE DEAL. Then C$MA's makin'
10 times the money on the hazardous waste disposal!

However, I don't think the Enviro-Tec news has much to do with the
stock run-up... it's mainly INSIDERS BUYIN' and SHORTY COVERIN'.
From the Notorious E-Mail: "The big players
are the ones that are going to make it happen. Everyone
else is just around for the ride."

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO C$MA!!!!!!!!

>>>As somewhat of an afterthought, can anyone let us know about the process of applying for a class V disposal well ?<<<

The following is the E-mail I received from David Smith regarding the question above:
----------
Could you post the following, if Steven Durrington hasn't posted this:

I wanted to respond because I read Steven Durrington's post regarding the process for the Class V injection well. Please post this to SI because all deserve this information:

Cheryl's analysis of the profitability of the well is close, except that the well will be utilized only 250 days per year. The well already has state of the art injection equipment and glass-lined tubing. The revenues are almost all profit as Cheryl has indicated.

Here is what is needed for the well to become operational:

Installation of 5 or 6 monitoring wells around the facility at a cost of $100,000 or so.

An analysis of the specific benefits to the community which are dramatic.

EPA approval of Class V wastes; which Coconino has received full approval.

A public hearing if water well owners, oil well owners, and water right owners have objections. These owners had no objections to the EPA's Class V designations so a public hearing is unwarranted.

The Utah legislature will have it on their agenda in February 1998. Fortunately, the local legistative representative is sponsoring
Enviro-Tec's legislation and permit.

Once the Utah legislature approves the permit, it should be signed into law by the governor in April 1998.

Coconino is getting quite a bit of print and exposure lately and it's increasing greatly at this very moment.ÿ The Hackman Report did a glowing analysis on Coconino and the Oil & Gas Review - Odessa American topped their list of stock investment opportunities with Coconino - this was printed October 26th. What is impressive about this is that they do not like penny stocks but they love this one because of their balance sheet.

The company will become NASDAQ listed in the not too distant future. This requires a $4 stock price. I do not think you will have to wait too long.

David
