If they all offer the same product, this essentially means all they do is act as a pass through where they sign up as many healthy people as possible, reject as many bills as possible, and tack on as much as possible to improve gross margins. The only innovation they provide is in whatever they do to improve net profits. Show me the math. What service do they perform that results in better service? Give me an example of how they spread or manage risk.
