Do you see me endorsing GWBush's immigration non-action ?

My ad hominem argument against whatever Max Weber was pushing-

Max Weber was not an American, or even Anglo-Saxon.

He was a socialist.

He believed that the state should have a monopoly on violence, which is contrary to English history since the Magna Carta, and also to the principles of various other democratic revolutions.

I expect that TJ may even tell us that his views are contrary to the effective power that the peasantry has had over various failed dynasties which have lost the 'mandate of heaven'.

I think this argument works for Max Weber, Kim Ill Jung, Robert Mugabe, Amitai Etzioni (born Werner Falk, 4 January 1929, Cologne, Germany) and a whole constellation of socialist and fascistic scum who want individuals lives bound tightly to the state.

Ideally, we will see a revulsion against most socialist trends as a consequence of the Obama presidency. I would hope this would lead to a much more libertarian and richer California.

As Romanoff, Habsburgs, British and Otoman empires were coming crashing down early last century, the Nation-state had a helping hand from Max Weber.

Max Weber also padded the ego of the of the Protestants with his working ethics book.

Now we are going to prove him wrong
