Blockbuster technology??? LOL A turbochef oven is basically a combination microwave/convection oven with a computer interface. Most restaurant chefs prefer a good gas oven/grill. Simple, clean, efficient, and much more inexpensive than a turbochef.. Turbochef ovens require lots of gizmos and maintenace. Check out their web page...it has a copy of an instruction manual. You'll soon understand why they keep losing millions every quarter. This is basically an appliance company that is trying to masquerade as a tech company. turbochef.com
