Well, forget about politcs then. People say they want the truth, but tell it to them and they will not vote for you if they do not like what you have to say. The ugly truth is that liars do very well in politics (Palin, McCain, Bush and Nixon are perfct examples) because people allow themselves to be fooled. And many people are single issue voters e.g. pro life and pro choice. So it is our fault.
