<Is US starting a World War 3>

Hey Veiko, realizing that history varies country to country, are you under the impression that the US started WW-I or WW-2? Off topic (naturally), just curious.

>>> Can Your post be just Your speculations to keep this thread running. <<<

Nope. Absolutely not. Anyone who has followed this thread for a while already knows that while I do often engage in speculation, I have always clearly indicated that it was only my opinion, analysis, etc. This is no speculation. The agreement was terminated. Period. And the only reason I can see why neither company has announced it yet is that they are still negotiating the terms of the divorce.

Did you read Centura's last earnings press release ? I mean, did you read it carefully ? Don't you think it was very interesting that Centura chose to suddenly start downplaying ForeSite and even express dissatisfaction over sales of the product ?

Isn't this the same company who only a quarter earlier lauded growing ForeSite sales as one of the reasons for a profitable quarter ?

Face it, Veiko. For better or for worse Centura pretty much bet the farm on ForeSite. It has no choice now but to find a face-saving way to get itself out of the mess Umang created when he sabotaged the merger. I do not entirely rule-out the possibility that a resolution could be found, but I consider it highly unlikely given the reasons why this came about in the first place.

By the way, take a second look at InfoSpinner's "Partners" page and you will notice that it was updated again this morning (local time). And yet Centura is still conspicuously absent from the list. You don't suppose this is yet another inadvertent omission, do you ? Surely Centura would have already alerted them to the oversight if that was the case, right ?
