i've always found it interesting that dancing doesn't affect your back.


It limits me to "dance two, sit one."

Posting about it today got me off my duff. I just got back from the "24 hour fitness" here in Waikiki where I did 15 minutes on a recumbent bike. It's on a second floor looking out on the beach. And it's free with my Kaiser membership. Going to make it everyday.

If I won't exercise there, I won't do it anywhere. Didn't bother my back with the sit down.
