Steve, Totally valid question. But think about the position you are in. Why should you have to even think about this? The company, the LEADERS of the entity you own, didn't even clarify. It read to me like they have consignment product that was realized as sold, channels of product that were realized in stead of written off. Who knows? I read the press release and simply could not tell one way or the other. There is no guy with a sign that says viable or not. In situations like this, the company could totally clam up to avoid lawsuits. Expect them to become more reserved instead of more open. I am in a now win situation but I embrace the challenge.
