Different places get different prices. When I was negotiating prices with customers [for fuels] if they had arrested and gaoled me or anyone associated with me they would not get good prices. They would get very high prices. Perhaps China needs better negotiating techniques. Or maybe they need to go into the business of iron exploration and production if they think the profits are excessive. Or use aluminium or recycled plastic, or carbon fibre, or titanium. Mqurice
