re FCX -1$ is not much higher than the operating for the lowest cost producer. That prices would indeed hurt FCX a little, it would be a 20-30$ stock.

fcx and copper both responding well today. morgan stanley not so much. berkshire hathaway which has been my big purchase in january is responding well close to a new high. i have heard from more than one source that the main reason buffett bought BNI was as a safe way to play coal and its movement to china.
