but yes could be consumer stimulus plan... Apparently on news just now Chinese imports way up.. :O)

and from your Bloomberg post..
as imports grew by a record 85.5 percent from a year earlier, outpacing a 21 percent increase in exports very good..

Absolute numbers may be less impressive but the path is clear :O)
