Jeffrey--Yes, and I also asked why PJ had not made any public comments after his vacation at Davos. The answer that Paul was aware of the situation, and more specifically, of the feelings of many shareholders, did not provide much comfort. I also asked about the exercise of options and the high selling price, compared to recent price levels. The answer to that was that it's all pre-programmed. My main purpose was to make the point that the company, given its return on recent investments, is way overcapitalized, and something needs to be done about that, either by buying back stock or by increasing the dividend, or both.
