And how ol' Dianne expects to implement this? Make them work at a loss? OK, but for how long? I'm no lover of ins co's, but I can't see how one can force them to stay in business if they lose money. Only our dear Fed can do that - and prosper. Don't know. But a near 40% increase in insurance premiums is pretty shocking. Things are getting worse, not better. Like or hate "Obama care" something has to be done. "Just say no" is not an option. We need adults willing to solve problems, outside the problem of getting reelected, to assert themselves. Are they there? I don't think so. This is the most dysfunctional congress of my lifetime. I'm thoroughly disgusted.
