I think slick lawyers are now "piling on". I invite everyone to check the frequency of repairs record of all vehicles in Consumer Reports which is a compilation of repair data on all major sections of a vehicle. Toyota has outstanding marks for all vehicles that they made from 2008 back to 2003 (most recent data). The only Toyota that got poor grades for brakes in all that time was the 06 Camry. The 06 and 03 Sequoia got less than perfect scores for brakes along the with 07 Tacoma. The only other brand with comparable scores is Honda. Fords, historically, have had brake reliability problems on most of their models. With very rare exception, no other American or German car shares the same stage with them. We have an 07 Prius and rate it the best car we've ever owned.....
