I suspect that's why its off a few cents this morning ... although most of the SVB stock are down a bit.

I don't see any major drop in stock price due to the asset split. JMO

China is a very difficult place for foreign companies to work, make money and generally get satisfied shareholders. Donners China assets are of dubvious value in my view unless I'm missing something. It's going to be interesting to see who and how Chinese newco get financed.
