ROYALTIES!

Jim and the rest of the Gang! A few have expressed concerns/or have questions re the royalities release. I did a little of homework and can assure you the following.

1. Buffalo Hills is not impacted by this. Therefore, if K14 or others identifed to date turn out to be economical, NO ROYALITIES WILL BE PAYED.

2. All area surrounding the Buffalo Hills up to approx. 80K is not impacted.

3. If AEC is still around when diamonds are found in the Land that was negotiated re the royalites, AEC, ACA and Pure Gold minirals will pay 2% in royalties. IMHO, this won't happen for years, if this new area turns out to be a mine.

The prty is K14, therefore, if/when a mine is created, net profits are shared only by AEC/ACA/PUG.

I checked the above with a lawyer. Hope that helps.

Cheers. Frank
