Now that we have seen just how "bright" Obama is, those insults they hurl at Palin are rather laughable. You are correct that they fear her.

Elitist Democrats ridicule Palin because she's doesn't mimic their pretentious attitudes. Sarah can relate to the type of Americans that made the US great - solid citizens at the grassroots who've grown disgusted with Obama's condescending manner. She has the strength & integrity to let their mean-spirited jabs fall on deaf ears.

It just doesn't make sense that the left continues to hammer Palin if they're not feeling threatened by her.

Patrick, you're too vested to get it. Grassley is an old politician who holds little to no interest. Palin is a hot babe with national aspirations and the perceived leader/idol of a "new" political movement...huge interest factor difference.

The left seems to be receiving backlash for this strategy...

I just posted polls that show her tanking on key issues...you just don't want to get it.
