Pete,

Exposure to the perceived uncertainties of Y2K and following conceivable litigation could cripple a company's ability to be considered a viable competitor in the future y2k era market-Without a risk assessement and large insurance underwriter willing to back it up. If you were a CEO, how would you cover your a** in case the best laid plans went awry? How would you convince your business partners and the general investing public that your company was serious about protecting their interests? TPRO seems to be in the strategic position to help provide that assessement for the imbedded industry.
JMO.

Regards,

Gerry
