Pete, Exposure to the perceived uncertainties of Y2K and following conceivable litigation could cripple a company's ability to be considered a viable competitor in the future y2k era market-Without a risk assessement and large insurance underwriter willing to back it up. If you were a CEO, how would you cover your a** in case the best laid plans went awry? How would you convince your business partners and the general investing public that your company was serious about protecting their interests?
