Honestly, when I read those news, I thought IOM would drop >25% at the open. I was very surprised. The lack of reaction to these news tell me that it's probably not a big threat. I'm sure Vinik and Soros had a few of the "guys" look into it right away (probably weeks before they even thought of investing anyway). That's good enough for me.
