Q, CTL and T do have direct DRIP programs. You'll need to get your brokerage firm to mail you the shares if you want dividends reinvested on what you already own and potentially qualify for the discount. You will have to own the shares physically for any discount qualifications, as far as I know.

For CTL and T, it's computershare.com
