Qualcomm has always said they will use price on older chipsets technologies coupled with innovation on newer chipsets to remain competitive. I guess you missed that drift and calling it all the "Same smell" is a somewhat thwarted stance. However, I do get the feeling they were slow in reacting to competitive pressures from other chipset suppliers serving the lower end which might be more reflective upon the pressures within QCT (ie Mollenkopf) to get SnapDragon moving out the door. Talking about ones words. Mine too were poorly chosen ... "being reticent towards good idears" should of been "being receptive towards good idears". I'm dyslexic, don't know if that's an issue with you though.
