How about requiring options trades to be reported to the IRS on a 1099 form.?......they are not reported at all now. The government is losing and has lost trillions to cheats...

Bush made a run at it and they put cartoons of Bush pushing elderly people in wheelchairs off cliffs on the editorial pages. I like the sound of that Ryan guy.
