I actually sympathized with Ms. P's battle against the "R" word- until she let Rush off the hook, at which point she just looked like a hopeless, rudderless, opportunist. What I thought was really funny, though, was how many conservatives (or "wingers" if you prefer) on SI spend time calling other people the "R" word. I posted a list. It was quite amusing to me.

It's the little things in life that make it so sweet :-)
