You are better balanced. If you ever read Watership Down the leader was Hazel. It is a great book and a sort of Greek parable i.e. the creatures are rabbits (projected as people) who must leave a dangerous situation to find a new home.

This required the group that left to depend on each other when confronted with deiffferent problems e.g. one was the fastst, one the toughest, one the smartest and one had goo dintuition, etc.

But the leader was Hazel, who had no speciality, but was well rounded and knew how to use the different talents better than the rest.

Great book. Another great book in that vain, but even better, which few know about is "Duncton Wood".

"Duncton Wood" is my number 1 book of all time.
