Remember a couple of months ago......I was mentioning how this midterm election was proving to be a big year for politician turnovers from both parties. Well its gone from a big year to a watershed year. We're probably seeing the biggest turnover in a couple of decades. The times they are changin'. Is that right? Is 30 retiring out of 435 in a cycle a lot? So far its 33, and by comparison, 31 retired in 2008 which I thought was a big turnover year. Not sure.
