Agreed. Institutions are unlikely to do tax-loss selling...and I am sure Cayman's do not have a loss.

I meant many public shareholders may be in the position to do tax-loss selling--and have held off waiting for the 'big move up' in Zitel y2k based on Zitel talk until now, but the end of the year looms. And that Cayman's might be waiting for a move downward, anticipating tax-loss selling by public shareholders, or institutional dumping based on analysis or for window-dressing at end of quarter.
