My brother-in-law took up the game about 9 years ago, never really bowled before in his life, except the usual friends out drinking and bowling. He has had 3 300 games..............plays in 2 leagues now. I always bowled duckpins, started with my dad in a church league. Do you know there has NEVER been a 300 game in the history of duckpin bowling? They actually set up one of those automatic machines to hit the pocket perfectly each time and it could not throw 12 strikes in a row. ndbc.org
