Grease happens; as in a modern day example where the mean time to productivity is codified within the present crisis. We've often talked about the fits and starts of Brazil, leaving this an open question. Can present leadership overcome a history of fits and starts to the extent that another brazillian bubble can be overcome? Is Lula emboldened because diversely similar chavez has control over the zoo? Will comparative analysis of Past Brazil bubbles show any change other than those self adjusted ones resulting from demographic escalation. Explain the degrees of freedom present in modern day brazil and juxt oppose those changes with post Brazill analysis of previous bubbles. Brazil is always known for Carnival, rain forest and economic bubbles, this time its oil, instead of rubber or cattle, or wood. Has the oligarchy again engaged the gear? Has enough grease been applied to the machine? Have attitudes changed to the extent that the momentum behind its native socialism can be overcome? this new model everyone is so enthralled over, what characterizes it so, that capitalist separation anxiety with cyclic fits and starts might be overcome? rising real estate prices, land utilization, urban hope and opportunity....are they real or just more facsimiles of grease? Are the same metrics present in that post about China at work; different than what you see as catalysts of present day Brazil? Conincidently, Chinas presently engaged with its New Year break, Brazil its notorious Carnival....who gets back to work without a hangover? China and Brazil current cusp over states, but not diversely similar.
