Hi Karl,

The valuation of this company is very high relative too its earnings and it's margins.

I hold some shares from when I was an employee at EXPD and I bought up some more shares during the recent drop which I guess was driven by the currency crisis in the Far East. Frankly I don't think that EI will be hurt so badly by this. Their Far East offices I would guess are more export oriented in general. Cheaper Far East currencies will make Far East products more attractive so I can see growth for EXPD becuase of this currency crisis.

Frankly I can't say I have a good handle on how much of the Far East offices revenues are driven by imports. Obviously Far East economies have less global buying power right now.

My hunch is that revenues for EI's Far East offices my actually increase.... and because the Far East is a net Exporter and because EI is strong in this area.... I think the stock's recent punnishment is unwarranted. Was it overpriced when it dropped....... relative to the industry I would say yes....

Hope we can get this string going....

Martin
