The Second BIG BANG Executive Orders are used to order the implemention of items of international agreement according to the U.S. commitments at the international level. Those orders effect the regional management structures that have been set up since the 1960's and that are being used to cannabalize our elected, representative governments. Those regional management structures are the shadow government. I would say they are getting ready to crack down on the implementation of the full blown Agenda 21 plan and they know that the American people are not going to take it laying down.
