Latest numbers as of today:

House: 32 retirees: 14 Dems; 18 Rs

Senate: 11 retirees: 5 Dems; 6 Rs

Governorships: 8 retirees: 3 Dems; 5 Rs

I think most retirees have until April to declare so we should see more.

Z, > They're not breaking the rules! At worst, they're getting swindled by their own employees.

That's a rather poor excuse. No matter what, they represent ACORN, and the very appearance of impropriety hurts them.

ACORN needs to clean up its act. Do you agree, or are you going to continue relying on such a weak excuse?
