Allen, I didn't watch the video but it looks and sounds like they got a lot of things right. The big potential problem for MSFT is Mobile 7 isn't available until the holiday buying season and, as others have pointed out, the next rendition of the iPhone OS should be out well before that time, probably with increased functionality. It may be further behind on the day that it arrives. Another potential problem is that one of the reviewers that have played with the device said was that it was buggy but he was sure that MSFT would work this out before the fall. I would hope that MSFT would have learned their lesson on this but they have a record in the past of not being as responsive to these types of issues. It will be interesting to see what finally arrives and what the actual hands on experience will be. PALM did a decent job with their OS and it is lagging so MSFT will have an uphill battle. But at least they have the cash reserve that PALM doesn't have. In the very least, this will help keep Apple and Google on their toes. Neal
