This is perhaps a radical concept,but how about letting those who have paid in, get what they put into it out for their needs.Then let those who don't get all of their contributions out befire death or the revenue income off of the surplus, would go to those who have used more than they contributed?

When you're done you're done.

Might be a reason to keep working huh?

Because some of us old folks were forced off our military health care system for medicare. We didn't really want it. Besides--It wasn't given to us, we bought it in more ways than just $s but also included $s--Peace
