Rock there is one singular thing that scares me the most.
As the ice that reflects the sun melts, it then goes in reverse as the lack of that 'white' that turns to 'dark' absorbs the suns heat.
That to me is the scariest proponent of a rapid decline in our fight.
Others here know more than me.
That one fact can release the other enemies of our planet's existence for habitation.

The plankton will always make it on a happier note.

Methane, yep! 23 times more a greenhouse gas than H2O. My son in law says it is just now starting to show up as increasing in air tests. Scientists were wondering why it didn't show up earlier.

Entire arctic has zillions of tons of methane. Birdshit and vegetable matter for two things. Peat goes way down. What is weird is when you walk out on the tundra like say Barrow, you will see all over the plac where owls have regurgetated lemming bones in a little ball of fur and bones.

Methane is what they theorize did in the Permian animals:

I've called both my senators.

The Public Option LIVES!!!!

For months now D.C. insiders and T.V. blowhards have said the public option is dead, but Senator Michael Bennet from Colorado just proved them wrong and Senators Kirsten Gillibrand (NY), Jeff Merkley (OR), and Sherrod Brown (OH) have already stood up to join him.

These four Senate Healthcare Heroes are circulating a letter calling on Majority Leader Reid to use reconciliation to pass healthcare reform with the choice of a public option. Both Senators Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell publicly stated last year that they would vote for a public option if it was in the final bill.

Now it's time for them to prove it. Call and demand they sign on to Senator Bennet's Public Option letter right now.
