does anyone have thoughts on BOST?

I am thinking its possibly a good dead cat bounce play here... for a rebound to the 11-12ish level.

Craig- There must be an interesting story behind VTCH and we seem to piece it together a little bit at a time. Do you have any idea where $38 million dollars came from in private placements? It seems like too much money for anyone except the major investment banks and the company seems too weird for the big guys to get involved. Is there any way to find out anything about these private placements?
