You are correct. An excerpt from the introductory message to the Apple Board written by our esteemed thread moderator, Cogito:

"Participants will be banned for being rude to the other people on the thread. That includes ridiculing them or calling them names. If you disagree with someone, feel free to express your disagreement but do so in a civil manner. There is no reason to call people "stupid" or "crazy" or any other derogatory name."

This person should not be name calling. Other persons have gotten thrown off because of this.

Well, I think the poster in question does a lot of things in a lot of places. For example, he is now quoting sly80's words of Apple's impending doom on other boards. He is, fortunately, including the link to sly's post, so he is not engaged in plagiarism, but apparently even as a shareholder, which sinclap tells us he his, he was impressed enough by sly's anti-AAPL case that he is spreading it on the interwebs.

My advice would be the same I gave to sly - if you believe the case, go short, stay short and let us know how it turns out for you.
