Yup, we are dealing with some hard times, and these will be
here to stay. The problem many see with Obama is that he is
running his mouth too much (and he is pretty good at that, give
him some credit) without any action. Kinda like Nancy Pelosy.
In particular, his actions in favor of accountability had
only limited impact, and the economy is still a disaster in
the making. Many also see his propensity to grow "cancer", big
government, which is a general democratic trend -g-

The US political system is full of corruption in both political
parties. In part, Bush was at fault, since he was AWOL on his
job (IMHO), which allowed some criminal groups around him to seize
power. In part, that was the case before him during Clinton
Administration, but, most certainly, blossomed under his AWOL
rule. Much of the troubles are simply economic, not political.

The US citizen must take matters in their hands and simply
vote out corruption from both parties, and it is happening,
but it's a slow process.
