Peter, I have probably over 1000 long posts from 2001 through 2006 saying how the shorts were stupid on the Residential Real Estate Index... Telling you now because your post are long(buy) posts: Your an idiot, and most homebuilder stocks will fall another 80% before a bottom valuation in those stocks have be found. Talk to me again in 2012 because day to day, week to week, means nothing... Fiscal and Trade policy rules with a big bit of World sentiment.
