That sort of thing is nobody's business but the individual, and should be kept just as private as bedroom matters of traditional couples. At some point, I hope we do not have to have it rubbed in our faces. Some public behaviors are simply intolerable, and it doesn't matter what sex or color they are. There are lots of considerations and there will be lots of rubs in the face. What next? Going gets tough everyone hold hands? Foxholes and other fighting positions are off limits to checking? What about homosexual couples legally married. Do they get base housing in a heterosexual neighborhood? Do you want gay men as neighbors for your sons while you are deployed to a combat zone? Select your own color uniform? Why not? Rainbow takes on a new meaning. Has this last ten years taught us nothing? No one would even mention how many females we had to send out of combat zone because they got knocked up in duty status on purpose ! Now this! The libs will use this to toss all restrictions! Who will be the gay female to get Green Beret? The race is on! Which will get the first Ranger tab? Troops will be fighting each other over love (sex). We will need a new long list of Rules of Engagement for ourselves! We do not read Lessons Learned anymore! For the first 8 years in Afghan only 1 country could fight-did no one ask why? Sad times! What Leadership-gowithflow! Enemies laugh-follow the idiots who lead from DC and relieve the front line Leaders to make themselves look good and tough! Make the economy bad so Troops have to join! When it gets bad enough-have to contract out fighting! We are so screwed.
