Obama and Democrats' Health Care Plan

Actually you need to go back and read those polls more closely. Most, if not all of those polls, do show a minority for the currently proposed health care reform; HOWEVER, of those who are opposed, you will find that a sizeable minority are opposed because they want the Dems to make a stronger case for health reform, not weaker. In fact, the percentage of people who are truly against HCR is about 40%. Yup, you guessed it......its all you wingers from the party of NO and the party of teabaggers. ;-)

Do you consider SC one of yours? You know.....a red, winger state? Just askin'.

I may have to make a special file for SC.

South Carolina Lawmaker Seeks to Ban U.S. Currency

A bill introduced in the South Carolina legislature would disallow U.S. currency as legal tender in the state, reports the Palmetto Scoop.

The bill introduced by State Rep. Mike Pitts (R) would ban what he calls "the unconstitutional substitution of Federal Reserve Notes for silver and gold coin" in South Carolina.

"If the bill were to become law, South Carolina would no longer accept or use anything other than silver and gold coins as a form of payment for any debt, meaning paper money would be out in the Palmetto State."
