Unfortunately, there is a confounding factor: as you know, Phoenix is, for many, a very nice place to live. Could be nothing more that having spent some time here and liking the territory. Now, if someone bought a home in Quartzsite...

I never asked where AD was. I wouldn't know how to confirm the home purchases and would be hesitent to do so based on privacy considerations.

Remember who bought those homes. I would ask for a room in the basement after the news comes out.

I will bet it will be the most obfuscated and excusatory release since
the last Bernie Cornfeld post mortem. Has anyone seen a stock fall steadily pending wildly successful announcements ever before?
