Unfortunately, there is a confounding factor: as you know, Phoenix is, for many, a very nice place to live. Could be nothing more that having spent some time here and liking the territory. Now, if someone bought a home in Quartzsite... Best, Ed Devlin

I never asked where AD was. I wouldn't know how to confirm the home purchases and would be hesitent to do so based on privacy considerations. Chuck
