As for your first point, she is right. If the democrats are to get anything done they had better get used to the idea of doing it without republican support because as her clip clearly shows such support will not be forthcoming.

The democrats need to grow some balls and forget about the idea of bipartisanship. The republicans have.

As for your second point, it is a cheap jab that can be aimed at anyone to discredit what they say to dress it in partisanship and pretend that because it only addresses the ills of one side that it is half true. To call obstructionist behavior obstructionist is not half true because it is only one side that happens to be obstructionist at the moment.

In my world view politicians who are misbehaving deserve to be exposed and the people allowed to vote based on the real record of behavior not the sound bites at election time. It is a service to educate voters about what their public servants are doing after they are elected.
