Chi-X,

Being short in the stock, I'd love to see a 22 million share float. But let's be real about this. No way will all those shares be sold (at least not yet). I only expect a couple of million sold initially, with more later to pay for continued losses in the business. Still, even a couple of million shares added to the float is very significant. Add to that the competition is getting ready to go and you have a pending disaster (if you're long that is).

19 million shares becoming unrestricted on the 13th which is 180 days after the Initial Public Offering. This is pretty significant...

One would think so, however, Netscape was in a similar situation. Many shares became unrestricted six months after the IPO, plus Time-Warner came out with a complicated instrument esentially selling all of its holdings on Netscape (which were restricted until the year 2000). Incredibly the impact on the stock price was minimal...
