but....

it has beautiful forests... and not just one ... MANY
breathtaking coastline
fabulous wine country
deserts and more.

and for the most part, the weather is great.

There's a reason why California is called the Golden State.

How is a "muni" bond ETF working? I presume that it is similar to a dividend paying stock - is my assumption correct?

What about the tax implication? as most "muni" bonds are tax free?

One point he has is that these are all COLD states, with lousy weather for much of the year.
