Blatantly lying about the plan does not count as "pointing out its features." Ryan's plan will not destroy Medicare. That's the truth. Converting the coverage to a voucher system for members of this generation won't destroy medicare? That's a good one. Either YOU are lying or don't know what you are talking about.
