ratan, 1) There is no logic behind the stock market 2) Today rebound of DELL and GTW is more technical than fundamental. 3) INTC went down not only because the price drop as there are 4 periodic price adjustments each year for Intel. It is because it is facing more competitions from AMD and Cyrix, in additional the below expectation EPS last quarter. Once AMD improves the yield on K6, Intel will lost even more low-end market share to AMD, especially in Asian market. Good Luck aC
