Comdex fall at Vegas Yes, it is all hell goes lose during the comdex week, but I think you can still get a room at old down town vegas - about 30 minutes drives from the strip. You should rent a car, getting a cab mean 1 - 2 hours waiting. But then finding a parking space for your car is another problem - you end up parking somehere that need a 30 minute walk to the convention center :-)- but trust me, it is worth the efforts especially for those that never atteded comdex. it's showtime at Vegas - PR
