Its time for the taxpayers to attend city/county commissioners meetings and tell the commissioners to deal with the real issues. Ie in Colorado Springs they announced our street lights are being turned off, our park maintenance is being stopped...

Its time we say "deal with the real issues. The pensions that have been promised are unrealistic and so are current salaries...." Deal with that stuff and not the services that taxes are suppose to pay for....No one is entitled to big pensions and salaries at the taxpayers expense....Plus we have plenty of people that would love to have the jobs at a lower salary.

I think we all need to go to meetings and say this. Its the real issue at hand. Pensions that have been promised are unrealistic and that is not why we pay taxes....
