i am of the belief that recognition of <<the need for physical gold is not wide spread>> and even when/if the recognition is wide spread, there is hardly any to go around. i have been asked enough times, "j, what is your exit strategy for your physical position?", to which i have some answers used at different times - i have no exit strategy, as i hope not to exit at all, because should i need to exit, it would mean i am in deep doodoo and in need of a zero-state reset - i would sell my paper position and write down the physical to a cost basis of zero and just forget about the actual physical - i would sell one coin per so many days to mark time and buy sustenance until i run out - i would ... etc
